Two dedicated displays let you read moisture content, ambient temperature, and relative humidity without having to toggle screens. The meter provides three indications of measured moisture content: a digital percent reading, “moisture droplets” icons on the display, and an audible sound at three different rates corresponding to the measured moisture level. Flat-surface sensors are ideal for measuring finished wood and painted or wall-papered surfaces that cannot be marred by pin holes. To measure moisture, select from two types of sensors—pin or flat surface. Use the pin sensors on soft materials such as soil, paper, or powders. Protective cap doubles as a calibration checker.
